HH Packs provides the complete solution for the Home Information Pack. Since the 14th December 2007 all homes offered for sale on the open market require a Home information Pack.

You can be assured that our pack has all of the component parts required to meet the legislation. The pack includes, an Index, Sales Statement,Energy Performance Certificate, Water Searches, Land Registry,Local Authority Searches and in the case of leasehold properties a copy of the lease.
